Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Luna Soul! We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us at support@lunasoul.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.

3. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at lunasoul1@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., intimate products, earrings, or personal care items).
